Can I import data from my accounting software?
Yes. We support CSV/Excel uploads and have direct integrations with QuickBooks and Xero. More integrations are on our roadmap.
What reporting frameworks do you support?
GRI 2021, SASB (all 77 industry standards), TCFD, and custom report formats. We add new frameworks as they become relevant for our customers.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We're SOC 2 Type II certified, use 256-bit encryption at rest and in transit, and are GDPR compliant. We never sell or share your data. Read our privacy policy.
Do you offer onboarding support?
Starter and Pro plans both include onboarding email support. Pro includes a 1-hour live onboarding call with a product specialist to make sure your first data upload goes smoothly.
What if I need more than what's in Pro?
Contact us at hello@esgautomated.com for custom pricing and features if your needs go beyond the Pro plan.
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer nonprofit or academic pricing?
Yes. We offer a 30% discount for verified nonprofits and academic institutions. Email us at hello@esgautomated.com with proof of status and we'll apply the discount to your account.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
All plans include a full-featured 14-day free trial — no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a paid plan to continue, or your account becomes read-only. Your data is preserved either way.

Starter includes email onboarding support and access to our documentation library. Professional includes a 1-hour live onboarding call with a product specialist. Enterprise includes a dedicated success manager for the first 90 days.
